Course Structure:
50 minutes of instruction including course work, 10 minutes of Q&A. Participants will receive a certificate of participation after the course.
NISS hosting this as a zoom meeting instead of a webinar, allowing students to freely raise their hands for questions during Q&A.
Course Fee:
Participants of this course will be asked to pay an amount of $15 USD.

About the Instructor
Dr. Mine Çetinkaya-Rundel is a Professor of the Practice and the Director of Undergraduate Studies at the Department of Statistical Science and an affiliated faculty in the Computational Media, Arts, and Cultures program at Duke University. Her work focuses on innovation in statistics and data science pedagogy, with an emphasis on computing, reproducible research, student-centered learning, and open-source education. She works on integrating computation into the undergraduate statistics curriculum, using reproducible research methodologies and analysis of real and complex datasets.
