Managing staff absences can cause real pain for an organization - logistics, increased costs, and disruption to customer service and care are just a few of the problems. Using historical data, we are able to use @RISK to predict staff absences on a given day of a given month.
In this webinar we will show how we did this and demonstrate the model. The model has been used in an NHS Trust and can be applied to many industries (e.g. call centres, transport, logistics and supply chain).
