This is a "save-the-date" note announcing the next International Workshop in Sequential Methodologies, the 9th IWSM, to take place at American University in Washington DC, USA, on June 1-4, 2026.

IWSM meets every 2 years and brings together researchers and practitioners to share advances in sequential statistics and related fields. It features theoretical and applied work in areas such as sequential testing, change-point detection, clinical trials, stochastic quality and process control, optimal stopping, sequential estimation, machine learning and artificial intelligence, stochastic approximation, multi-stage inference, reliability and survival analysis, selection and ranking, multiple comparisons, and others.
Please feel free to forward to anyone who may be interested and contact us with any questions, suggestions, feedback, session proposals, speaker proposals, sponsor proposals, etc.
