Registration is now open for the International Workshop in Sequential Methodologies IWSM-2026 at American University, Washington DC, June 1-4, 2026. Early registration is until April 1, 2026. To register, follow the link to the registration site.
Abstract submission is also open. The conference will include plenary, invited, contributed, and student poster sessions. Abstracts are submitted on the abstract submission page. Invited speakers are asked to register and submit their abstracts by February 1.
Hotels. Please note the updated IWSM lodging information, including booking links. This includes special on-campus and off-campus deals for the conference participants. Several hotels have issued special discount rates for IWSM, as long as you follow the links and book by their announced cutoff dates. Also, we are happy to offer on-campus stay in the same building with most conference events. On-campus rooms are quite simple (take a 3D tour), but they are about half-price of the local area hotels, and they are exempt from a standard 15.95% DC tax. On-campus rooms have to be booked by May 1.
All these lodging options, on- and off-campus, allow extension of your stay at the same special rate for a few days, if you'd like to spent a weekend in Washington DC.
Sessions. We are still accepting invited session proposals. Although the abstract submission is open till February 1, we recommend session organizers to finalize their sessions before the end of 2025, hopefully sooner, while speakers are still available!
Any questions? Please do not hesitate to write to us and check the conference website for updates.
