Information session for McGill Biostatistics Graduate programs
Come discover Biostatistics graduate programs (MSc and PhD) programs offered at McGill. Join the Graduate Program Director and Graduate Program Coordinator for an online information session on November 3rd Friday at 9:00 am (EDT) to learn more about how to apply, student life at McGill, and where program graduates have pursued post-graduation job opportunities.
Biostatistics is the branch of Statistics that deals with methods for and data about health. Along with courses in mathematical statistics and statistical inference, students will gain experience in applied areas such as statistical methods for epidemiology, generalized linear models, survival analysis, longitudinal data, and clinical trials. The development of skills in data analysis, statistical consulting, and report writing will be emphasized.
Applications to the MSc and PhD Programs in Biostatistics at McGill University are open until December 1st, 2023.
