I am excited to announce that the American Statistical Association - ASA JEDI Outreach Group Professional Development Committee (PDC) is hosting its inaugural Friday Wind Down!! During these critical times, data professionals are facing challenges that have placed us under increasing amounts of pressure. The absence of a safe space for expression and opportunity to join a supportive community can make our lived experiences feel isolated- especially for those seeking employment. The PDC would like to create create an encouraging environment that allows data professionals to vent, network, and exchange insights. So, next Friday, November 14,2025 from 5 pm- 6 pm (ET) we are hosting a FREE, no pressure ,virtual Zoom chat session for you. If you, or someone you know could benefit, feel free to pass the information on. Mental health and community development are crucial contributors to professional development. You are not alone in this. See below for registration details.
