Hello. I chair the B.S. Business Analytics Program at Wilmington University. We have unofficially called this a STEM program from its inception but I'd like to have it certified as a STEM Program. In looking for information on how to start this process, I've been led in a lot of different directions (DHS, ICE, US DOE, Delaware DOE, university accrediting body, college accrediting body) but have come up with nothing.
Do any of your organizations advertise accreditation and what is the process you used to get accreditation? Perhaps some states accredit higher ed programs and others do not? The State of Delaware accredits K-12 STEM programs but not higher ed programs.
I'm just looking for a place to start.
