This course provides an understanding of leadership and how statisticians can improve and demonstrate leadership to affect their organizations. It features leaders from all sectors of statistics speaking about their personal journeys and provides guidance on personal leadership development with a focus on the larger organizational/business view and influence. Course participants work with their colleagues to discuss and resolve leadership situations that statisticians face. Participants will come away with a plan for developing their own leadership and connect with a network of statisticians who can help them move forward on their leadership journey.
