We hope you are doing well. This year, Lydia Gibson and I will be co-chairing the Student & Young Professionals Committee of ASA’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Outreach Group. One of our primary goals is to increase membership and engagement of both students and young professionals in JEDI and the ASA. We also strongly encourage students to form ASA chapters at their institutions! You can learn more about the benefits of organizing a student chapter here, and the application to form a chapter can be found here.
