I am sending this invitation for you to participate in the 2023 KAUST Competition on Spatial Statistics for Large Datasets by forming a team of faculty/students/postdocs/collaborators or encouraging others to do so; for more information, see the attached pdf file or the website here: https://cemse.kaust.edu.sa/stsds/news/2023-kaust-competition-spatial-statistics-large-datasets
This year we will have one Apple iPad prize for the winning team of each of the 4 sub-competitions!
Entering the competition has no methods or techniques restrictions, you can use your preferred approach! Furthermore, participants can pick one or more sub-competitions they want to consider submitting. Registration starts immediately (https://forms.gle/D2jT11t6ae3rweLp7). On February 1, 2023, the datasets will be released to the registered participants. Submission of the results closes on April 1, 2023. Feel free to share the information about this competition with others in your network.
