    There are a wide variety of resources that can help you with learning R and computational statistics.  May I recommend you try a free short course such as
    this course  and browse the Coursera and edEx websites for a statistics course relevant to you.  They are usually of high quality, free and you can learn at your own pace.

    If you have specific questions, may I suggest Stack Overflow
    This is a forum on which people can post and reply to issues they have with programming, including in the R language
