Here's another opportunity to read a book together with fellow ASA members. Dalene Stangl and the Committee on Women in Statistics are hosting a journal group on Michelle Obama's book "Becoming". The book asks readers to journal about different aspects of their life. We have adapted some of the questions to include personal and professional experiences. As Michelle Obama says, "If you don't see that your story matters, chances are non one else will either. So even though it isn't always easy, it's important for you to find the strength to share your truth. Because the world needs to hear it."
