The 2019 ASA Biopharmaceutical Section Regulatory-Industry Statistics Workshop is accepting poster abstract submissions from now to April 12th, 2019. This year, the number of posters allowed to be presented is increased to 40. Poster presentation provides a great opportunity to the professionals from industry, academia, and regulatory agency to present their research and receive comments from the workshop attendees through face-to-face discussions. Students pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Statistics or biostatistics are also encouraged to present their research work at the workshop. Poster presenters are also strongly encouraged to submit their research as a manuscript to the workshop special edition of the journal Statistics in Biopharmaceutical Research for peer review.

Poster Competition:
We also encourage poster presenters to participate in the poster competition. To allow sufficient time for judging, participants for the poster competition must send an electronic version of their poster to Kristin Mohebbi by August 30, 2019. Three best posters will be selected by poster committee for award. The winners of the competition will be recognized during the workshop plenary session on September 24, 2019.
