    Interdisciplinary Search For Social Sciences

    Yale University is conducting an interdisciplinary open rank search for social scientists who develop and apply techniques at the research frontier of statistics and data science. Each appointment will be in the relevant social science department.  It is expected that half of the associated teaching will involve courses that will be cross-listed in statistics.     Yale University department of Statistics invites applications for an open rank faculty position in Statistics and Data Science, beginning July 2017. The Department seeks candidates who have expertise in both the theory and practice of Statistics, with significant interests in work with real data.  The Department encourages excellence in teaching.     Joint Opening for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
