The National Institute of Statistical Sciences (NISS) is seeking nominations for the 2018 Jerome Sacks Award for Outstanding Cross-Disciplinary Research. The award recognizes sustained, high-quality, cross-disciplinary research involving the statistical and data sciences.
An award of $1,000 and a plaque will be presented to the winner during the NISS reception at the Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) in Vancouver, July 28 – August 2, 2018.

To nominate an individual, please submit in one combined PDF document the following information to officeadmin@niss.org by April 1, 2018:
- Nomination letter (maximum two pages)
- Supporting letters from two individuals (other than nominator)
- The Nominee's CV
