In the years since the initial hype of Big Data, the business need for data and analytics has become largely a matter of "how" rather than "if." However, many organizations are still challenged with the lack of maturity needed for data to make a meaningful impact at the enterprise level, even while acknowledging its strategic importance. Analytics professionals struggle with how to move the cultural needle in such an environment, often becoming disappointed and frustrated.
In this webinar, we will start to scratch the surface on what it means to have a culture that embraces data and analytics, some critical factors for changing toward it, and the roles and responsibilities of you, the analytics professionals and executives, in the change.
