Dear Statistics friends
The second batch of books are in NYC and ready to take a cruise to Alexandria. It is a very exciting time to see the world's largest research methods library built by the Statisticians and epidemiologiologists of the world. The BA Seragedlin library, is our library and will help budding scientists for centuries to come
The time is getting closer and closer for the YM Essence to take your books for their trip to the Library. We are only a few days away. Here again is a beautiful picture of the enormous cargo ship. The youtube URL at the bottom is really cool, it is a fascinating videto of the YM Essence leaving port as photographed by a Quadcopter
This video presents an aerial view of our ship leaving the harbor. It is amazing how big there are. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jj2LxZ6icuQ
At the end of October we plan to have a short statistics meeting at the Library of Alexandria, please contact me for details (ronaldlaporte@gmail.com). In the next few months we plan a global virtual launch of the BA Serageldin library. After the books are categorized, and your name tags included and shelved, we plan to make a 3D virtual video where you can "walk" around the research books from your desks in Newfoundland, Lagos, Mexico City and of Course Pittsburgh.
Please let me know if you want to join this effort, and be a part of the BA Serageldin research methods library
