    Statistics: Assistant/Associate Professor Tenure-track assistant professor or associate professor, 
    beginning in August 2017 to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics; conduct 
    methodological and collaborative research leading to publication; provide academic advising; 
    supervise student research; serve on graduate examination committees; provide service to the 
    institution.  The successful applicant will be expected to teach analytics courses including 
    predictive modeling, statistical programming and data visualization as well as calculus-based 
    introductory statistics. Required: doctorate in statistics, biostatistics, or closely related field by 
    date of appointment. Appointment as associate professor requires a proven record of 
    accomplishment in research, scholarship, teaching and service. ​Consideration will be given to 
    those with experience teaching face-to- face courses; experience teaching online courses; 
    expertise in big data analytics (e.g. data mining, predictive modeling, and data visualization) or 
    statistical programming; knowledge of SAS.
