  • 1.  R jomo imputation package

    Hi Colleague,

     

    I am using jomo package for multiple imputation and  everything works well. now I try to increase the imputation number from 5 to 100, there is an error saying " R has fatal error ".  I ran this job via our university computing cluster.   I wonder why it works for 5 imputations but something for 100 time. does  anyone have idea of it?
