On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am pleased to announce that the Fifth Seattle Symposium in Biostatistics will be held in downtown Seattle, November 21-24 2015.
The Symposium focuses on “Biomarkers for Diagnosis, Prognosis and Therapy Guidance” and features an exciting lineup of keynote addresses, invited talks, and panels that highlight the recent advances in development and discovery of candidate biomarkers based on high dimensional omics data, the role of biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis and personalized treatment, and regulatory and ethical considerations. The symposium also includes outstanding short courses on various aspects of biomarkers and -omics data.
