Title:             Teamwork and Collaboration

Speakers:    Janet Steinwedel

Date/Time:   15th May, 1:00-2:00 PM Eastern Time

Abstract: While few professionals like us were taught how to effectively work on teams, most of us spend a great deal of time on goals that require interacting with team members. There are core capabilities that enable success and many traps to fall into. Because there is a real competitive advantage to strong teams we will engage the 5 areas that add up to success for teams. Join us to learn about collaborating effectively as a team member looking to strengthen an agile approach and make a commitment to high performing teamwork.
