Statistics in Biopharmaceutical Research has just completed its second year of publication! The latest issue has a wealth of articles, in two special sections, all of which are available for free download.

First, there's Adaptive and Model-Based Dose-Ranging Trials, a wide-ranging discussion led by Pinheiro et al. and followed by two additional articles.

Then there's "PISC Expert Team White Paper:  Toward a Consistent Standard of Evidence When Evaluating the Efficacy of an Experimental Treatment From a Randomized, Active-Controlled Trial," by Peterson et al.

You can find all this available for free download at pubs.amstat.org/toc/sbr/2/4

And be sure to check out SBR's Fasttrack section, pubs.amstat.org/toc/sbr/0/0, where you'll find the first installment of "A Festscrift for Gary Koch" available for free download.

Finally, thanks and congratulations go to founding Editor Joseph Heyse for the successful launch of this important journal. Thanks also to incoming Editor Steve Snapinn, who has been working very hard to hit the ground running when his term officially begins.

Don't forget, ASA members receive free online access to SBR!
