    Hello all,
Sorry for cross-posting. Beaumont Health has two Biostatistics positions available. One is a Research Scientist who would focus on applications in biomedical population health research. The second position is for a Biostatistician who will work with residents and fellows and support externally funded research. Expanded ads are attached, and I welcome any inquiries about the positions.

The Beaumont Research Institute (BRI), the research enterprise of Beaumont Health in southeast Michigan, is working with the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (OUWB) to become a leader in population health research. BRI has existing excellent translational research in cardiology, radiation oncology, orthopedics, infectious disease, neurodegenerative disease and urology. Beaumont Health (Michigan's largest health care system based on inpatient admissions and net patient revenue) formed in 2014 to provide patients with compassionate, extraordinary care, no matter where they live in Southeast Michigan. Our culture of caring partnerships and care delivery model of patient and family-centered care demonstrates our commitment to engaging our patients, their family, and our community to promote continuous health care improvements. With eight hospitals, 168 health centers, nearly 5,000 physicians and 35,000 employees, Beaumont Health is an academic health system with more than 950 residents and fellows in training programs. In 2016, the organization had $4.1 billion in revenue with approximately 179,000 inpatient admissions and 373,000 emergency visits.
