Harry, Thanks for your stewardship of the proposal. I do have a couple comments:
There is a missing "is" in the last sentence of paragraph 2.
Will the journal require evidence of efficacy? What I mean is suppose that someone submits a paper on an effective communication technique for writing executive summaries for clients. Would the person need to demonstrate effectiveness beyond just their own or the client's observations of effectiveness? I'm not saying this should be a requirement for any such article - I just think the journal would need to spell out the policy.
I strongly recommend an education track. In the proposal the lack of resources is mentioned for practitioners; this lack of resources impacts teachers of consulting classes as well. A track on effective classroom practices would be most welcome.
