This is the second fall data challenge from This is Statistics, last year's being a police data challenge. The spring contest will be the 3rd annual Statsketball challenges, which were designed by Mike Lopez.

Announcing the Public Health Data Challenge
Students, are you ready for our fall contest? Today, we're launching the Public Health Data Challenge.
This contest will turn the spotlight on the impact statistics has to improve public health with a focus on the opioid addiction crisis. Students, use your analytical and data visualization skills to recommend measures that could shed light on the national opioid crisis.
If you want to learn first-hand how statistics can make a difference in the world, this is the contest for you!
