Dear Colleagues:

Greetings from the Journal of Probability and Statistical Science (JPSS).  Since 2001, JPSS (ISSN 1726-3328) is publishing qualitative research papers by Susan Rivers' Cultural Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan, ROC. JPSS is a multipurpose and comprehensive journal that publishes papers of interest to a broad audience of theorists, methodologists, practitioners, teachers, and any other users of probability, statistics and biostatistics. Additionally, papers involving innovative techniques or methods in teaching will also be considered. Papers submitted for publication consideration will be peer reviewed. Presently, we are publishing semiannually, one issue in February and another in August. Hopefully, as time accrues, we will be able to publish quarterly. It is the goal of JPSS to publish a wide range of research  involving probability, statistics and biostatistics (theoretical and/or applied in nature) and provide a wide range of topics, to a broad audience of people interested in these fields.  

I am very pleased to  invite you to submit your new research paper at  our journal, JPSS. This will certainly improve the quality and  bring the success of our journal. The PDF file of the manuscript (Manuscripts could be prepared using LaTeX or MS Word) written in English should be mailed to the Editor-in-Chief, an Editor, a Coordinating Editor, or to the Managing Editor at the address provided in the JPSS Editorial Board.
