  • 1.  MATLAB /signal processing

I'm new to MATLAB. Typically I use R or SAS. I'd appreciate some off-line advice about some MATLAB scripts, which use the signal processing library. In advance I understand that  there is an R library "signal" which uses a syntax similar to Matlab. I'm hoping its easy to convert the MATLAB code to R.

I commonly use both R and MATLAB for my work and have found that they are very similar languages.  I can almost convert between the two using a find and replace function.  Anyways here is a handy guide I use when I want to know the R or MATLAB version of a function.   http://www.math.umaine.edu/~hiebeler/comp/matlabR.pdf
