My department is working on a project to describe and quantify the degree of relationship among physicians. These relationships might reflect referral patterns that are of interest to health care planners.
We are looking for a consultant who is experienced in social network analysis, which seems to be the structure under which this problem falls.
In a addition to general experience, use of SNA in R would be a plus.
