The 2014 conference of the Alaska Chapter of the American Statistical Association will be held in Fairbanks Alaska 18,19, 20 August 2014, with a pre-meeting hike planned for the 17th. The meeting features a two-day workshop on mixed-effect models with Dr. Ben Bolker (professor of Math and Statistics at McMaster University). The conference will be held at Chena Hot Springs Resort (mile 56.5 Chena Hot Springs Road).
