Traveling Short Course – Applied Logistic Regression

Rod Sturdivant will be visiting us to provide this course.  The aim of this course is to provide practical training for biostatisticians and professionals of related disciplines in statistical modeling using logistic regression. The increasingly popular logistic regression model has become the standard method for regression analysis of binary data in the health sciences. Lectures will be based on the textbook: Applied Logistic Regression, 3rd edition, by D. Hosmer, S. Lemeshow, and R. Sturdivant, A Wiley-Interscience Publication, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. New York, NY 2013 (HL&S). Printed course notes will be available for attendees.
